David Livingstone Elementary School currently offers one district program to students: Ready, Set, Learn (Early Childhood/Pre-School Education)
Ready, Set, Learn
Ready, Set, Learn Programs take place in every elementary school in Vancouver and are open to families and caregivers with children who are 3 and 4 year olds. The purpose of the program is to give children
and their families/caregivers resources and access to resources that will enable children to have rich learning experiences prior to entering formal schooling.
Families are invited to attend their neighbourhood school to receive a kit of materials and a guidebook of resources. Many of the Vancouver schools offer several sessions, including activities and links to community resources.
Most Ready, Set, Learn programs are offered in the spring. Please contact your neighbourhood school for specific information on your local program. Ready, Set, Learn Programs take place in every elementary school in Vancouver and are open to families and caregivers with children who are 3 and 4 year olds.
