Here is our Literature Circle schedule until the end of the year.

Please check with your original group if you are not sure what role to prepare.

The Giver Literature Circle Dates

Tues, May 22 – chapter 15 & 16

Thurs, May 24 – 17 & 18

Mon, May 28 – 19 & 20

Thurs, May 31 – 21 & 22

Mon, June 4 – final chapter 23

The Giver roles for Monday are continuing on with the same scheduling as before.

Chapter 14 only.

-finish 3-4 points for each part of your persuasion/opinion sheet

-finish ‘alphabet alliteration’ up until J

Reminder: 

On Thursday there will be a peer review of the role information you bring to class where students will review each other’s written work using the same criteria sheets.

For Thursday,  you must complete a role using the new handout that explains everything (so if you are not sure, please refer to today’s handout’.

The preparations and writing for your role are for Chapter 12 and 13 altogether (you do not need to do your role twice).
